Paul is an experienced environmental assessment professional with 23 years’ experience in the assessment, determination and post-approval determination processes for State Significant development projects in NSW, and State and local development projects in QLD.

Overview

Paul’s experience covers projects in the resources sector, including coal and critical minerals, and in the renewable energy sector, including wind, solar and battery storage projects.

Paul has extensive experience in engagement and collaboration across government, industry and community.

He has held senior leadership positions in the NSW Government and has established and managed numerous expert panels for major development and land-use planning across NSW.
