Francine has over 16 years of environmental consulting experience specialising in air quality. Her areas of expertise include emission and dispersion modelling.

Overview

Francine has been responsible for the detailed technical work on air quality assessments for various sectors and industries, including road transport, mining and odour. She has undertaken the modelling work for several major road infrastructure projects, including the three stages of WestConnex and associated projects, as well as several large open-cut coal mines in the Gunnedah and Hunter regions.

Francine has also led various air quality and/or odour assessment projects for industrial activities, greenhouse gas assessments, air quality monitoring, air quality management plans, NPI reporting, auditing, and risk-based construction works. She has recently led Climate Change Risk Assessments (CCRA) and has experience in providing clients with advice on the Safeguard Mechanism.

CASANZ Certified Air Quality Professional (CAQP)
