Duncan is an experienced environmental planning professional with over 20 years’ experience in leading environmental impact assessment (EIA), strategic planning and environmental advice, environmental management and community and stakeholder engagement in Australia and overseas.

Overview

Duncan specialises in the infrastructure, energy and resources sectors.

Duncan is a recognised leader of complex and high profile State Significant Development and Critical State Significant Infrastructure projects under the NSW Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979. He has also managed these projects through the Commonwealth Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 approvals process.

Duncan has considerable project direction and management experience in the development of approval strategies and the preparation of EIAs for large infrastructure projects.
