We’re looking for a part-time Office Administrator to come and be part of our growing team in Perth. You’ll ensure the smooth running of our Perth office and help to create a team orientated culture. As we’re an environmental consultancy, you’ll be working with a diverse team of science and environmental specialists so if you’re interested, you’ll find yourself learning about some of the cool work we do to help improve environmental sustainability.

Here’s what you can expect 
  • As the first point of contact for telephone calls, correspondence and office reception, you’ll be a brand ambassador in our Perth office, helping to create a great experience for people, clients and visitors
  • You’ll ensure the Perth office runs smoothly, taking care of general office and facilities management, including the coordination of cleaning and maintenance, office stationary and kitchen supplies, incoming and outgoing mail and couriers coordinating events
  • You’ll coordinate and manage meeting rooms (book rooms, room set-up, organise catering)
  • You’ll be part of our national Business Services team and have opportunities to help develop processes and procedures
  • You’ll have plenty of opportunity to develop and grow
  • This is an office-based position
  • The part time hours are 25 hrs pw Monday-Friday

Here’s what you'll bring to have impact 
  • Previous experience of working in an administrative role and working as part of a team
  • Experienced of using Microsoft Word, Excel and ideally PowerPoint
  • Great communication (both written and oral) and a strong attention to quality and detail
  • Awesome people skills
  • A willingness to learn and be mentored
