We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team.  If you are passionate about creating workplaces where people can bring their whole self to work and have a demonstrated track record of leading, driving and operationalising initiatives aligned to business priorities and culture, we’d love to hear from you.

Specifically, this role will be aligned to a selection of our divisions, building deep knowledge of what the teams do, how they work and what they need from EMM as their employer.  In more traditional HR lexicon, you will provide HR advisory and recruitment support while also contributing to the design and development of business wide programs and initiatives.  Your organisational development expertise will be put to good use as you help us to grow.

EMM Consulting works with a national delivery framework and therefore our teams will be working from offices, project or client sites and their homes all around the country.  We offer a truly flexibly working environment however are a relationship-based business.  Given our growth trajectory, our preferred location for this role would be Adelaide or Sydney however for the right values aligned person, other locations may be considered.  If you are an avid Patrick Lencioni or Brene Brown enthusiast, you may just find your new home here at EMM.
