Due to an internal promotion, and the continued growth of our business, EMM Consulting are now seeking a highly experienced, and vibrant Executive Assistant (EA) superstar to work alongside and support our dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Mandatory is a good sense of humour!

In this position you will be responsible for providing high level administrative and business support to ensure the CEO’s schedule is designed to maximise her time and efficiencies. The position’s core responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;

  • arranging and prioritising the CEO’s daily schedule including diary and meeting organisation and management;
  • provision of support to the Board and Executive Leaders as required;
  • attendance at Board meetings, AGM and other meetings for the purpose of taking meeting minutes;
  • supporting the CEO in the preparation and timely delivery of documentation, correspondence, reports, board papers and staff and client presentations (she loves a Venn diagram);
  • liaising with key stakeholders, internal and external, generation and management of emails and other correspondence (incoming and outgoing);
  • providing support in the execution of key projects undertaken by the CEO and/or Executive Leadership team;
  • timesheet, expenses and credit card reconciliation for the CEO;
  • supporting business planning activities; and
  • management of travel logistics.

This is a challenging role that requires you to have extensive experience working on multiple projects across a variety of channels. The person we are seeking will be highly organised and dependable with the ability to multitask, show strong initiative and be the CEO’s pillar. You will be an outstanding communicator, foster positive working relationships and build trust and rapport rapidly.
