Scott is a technical specialist on projects requiring assessment, analysis and mitigation of air quality issues. He has 14 years’ experience across industry sectors including mining and extractive, energy, transport, infrastructure and manufacturing. He has successfully completed air quality projects throughout Australia as well as the United States, New Zealand, Singapore and Israel.
As Air Quality National Technical Leader, Scott has extensive working knowledge of State and Commonwealth regulatory frameworks for development planning and the sustainable management of operations. He provides expert advice and recommendations to clients, government and community on all aspects of air quality compliance and impact, including ambient air quality management and meteorological monitoring. He is a specialist in atmospheric dispersion modelling with accredited training in AERMOD, CALPUFF, Ausplume and TAPM.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Science (Atmospheric Science), Macquarie University. He has provided expert witness and peer review on air quality issues for a range of clients, industry bodies and government agencies.
