A warm welcome to Paul Rossington who joins as an Associate Ecologist.
Over the past 13 years Paul has specialised in the fields of botany, ecological planning, field survey, impact assessments, management planning, monitoring programs, and the design and supervision of natural area restoration works. Working across a diverse portfolio of sectors, his experience has covered a wide range of habitats throughout New South Wales, Queensland and the Australian Capital Territory.
Accredited and proficient in the NSW Biodiversity Assessment Method and Queensland BioCondition assessment methodology, Paul’s recent experience has been focused on biodiversity planning, impact assessment, offsets and management.

With a national team of over 20 consultants, the group are focused on providing practical, but also socially and environmentally responsible solutions to best meet client objectives. As the ecology team move into 2020, there is a strong focus on assisting our clients to navigate biodiversity legislation, with several recent biodiversity reforms in NSW and the current review of the EPBC Act underway.
This announcement follows the recent extension of Ecology into the west with the relocation of Brooke Hay to EMM’s Perth office to strengthen environmental specialist capabilities in this expanding region.
