We are thrilled to announce the appointment of Non-executive Director Mr Mark Elliott, effective February 2020.

Mark has over 35 years’ experience, including various CEO positions for the past 20 years in the engineering, infrastructure, construction and mining services sectors.

Commencing his career as a Civil Engineer, Mark’s recent role was with NorthWest Rapid Transit (NRT) as the Chief Executive Officer.  Prior to his appointment at NRT in 2014, Mark led a workforce of up to 2,000 people as CEO at Calibre Global.  During this time, Mark provided oversight into the analysis of sector and geographic diversification in addition to the identification of acquisitions and strategic partners.

We welcome the relevant industry, corporate and boardroom experience that Mark brings to the Board.  Managing Director and CEO Luke Stewart commented:

“I am excited to welcome Mark to our Board, our second Non-executive appointment over the past four years.  His reputation for integrity, solution orientated, and values driven leadership absolutely aligns with our ethos, making Mark an ideal fit for the role.  As a Board we are focused on ensuring we have the right balance of attributes, skills and experience to align with our vision of being the leading Australian consulting firm”.

Mark further added:

“It is a privilege to be joining EMM. I was seeking a role with a company with purpose, whose people are passionate and vibrant, and a company which is respected by clients for its focused delivery and engagement. I am very much looking forward to being involved with EMM in the next phase of its evolution.”
