What will you be working on:
As a graduate with EMM you will work on a range of interesting and challenging projects comprising both field and office work. We will provide you with opportunities to develop your specialist knowledge, and project management skills, whilst working alongside and being mentored by supportive and passionate experienced professionals. You will have the opportunity to work within different sectors including transport, energy, mining and extractive industries, infrastructure, land development and agriculture.

Whilst being based in one of our offices you will work collectively with colleagues across Australia as part of our national team delivery model. This means there could be opportunities for you to travel within Australia.

What will you bring to the role:

We are seeking dynamic, curious and enthusiastic individuals, who possesses strong communication skills, and the ability to work well with colleagues, clients and contractors to achieve positive project outcomes. To be successful you will be an enthusiastic team player who is able to work autonomously but also thrive working as part of a team.

  • a positive can-do attitude, with a flair for delivering exceptional client service;
  • completed a relevant degree as outlined below, within past 2 years;
  • strong written and oral communication skills;
  • ability to research, prepare documentation and draw conclusions to support recommendations for review;
  • be able to show initiative and be proactive;
  • highly organised and able to handle multiple tasks / projects;
  • ability to manage own time and priorities and assist the rest of the team to meet project objectives in a deadline driven work environment;
