With over 20 years’ experience, Nicole leads the strategy and processes related to building and retaining an exceptional team of professionals.  She has a focus on pragmatic business process improvement, efficient delivery and ultimately, implementation of agreed strategies, drawing on knowledge gained across multiple industries and companies from start-up to multinationals.

As an leader of our employee experience, Nicole ensures the people agenda is front and centre for the Executive Team, advocating opportunities which allow our team to grow both personally and professionally.  She promotes an environment which encourages our team to bring their whole self to work while also maintaining a focus on culture evolution.

Nicole holds a Bachelor of Commerce, an Executive Diploma in Business Planning and is an accredited facilitator of Team Management Index and Myers Briggs Type Indicator.
