David Bone

David has over 30 years’ experience as an environmental consultant in Australia and internationally. He has worked as an independent environmental representative, manager and lead environmental auditor across construction, mining and extractive industry and commercial development projects. He has extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of environmental management from design and implementation of documentation through to due diligence auditing, monitoring programs and onsite environmental management.

David brings highly developed technical and consultation skills to his role in EMM. He has detailed knowledge and understanding of legislative requirements and its application to successfully manage a high level of environmental performance during construction of projects. David works collaboratively with clients, construction contractors, community and government to manage priorities, environmental issues and achieve outstanding project outcomes. His expertise is highly regarded within government as reflected in his appointment as an Independent Environmental Management Representative (EMR/ER) on more than 20 major infrastructure projects in NSW over the last 15 years.

David has an Associate Diploma in Applied Science from Northern Rivers CAE (now Southern Cross University) and is a Certified Environmental Practitioner (CEnvP 137) of the Environment Institute of Australia and New Zealand.
