Victoria has 25 years’ experience in contaminated land management across Australia. She has been a consultant to State and Federal government (predominantly to the Australian Department of Defence), and private companies largely in the oil and gas and property sectors.
Victoria has led numerous contamination and WHS projects including contamination investigations, risk assessments, remediation planning and delivery, environmental monitoring and compliance audits. She has a proven record in managing teams and working effectively with clients, regulatory authorities and communities to solve problems and deliver large, complex and sometimes controversial projects. As our Contaminated Land National Technical Leader, her experience and technical expertise informs the work of EMM consultants with clients and stakeholders. She is equally passionate about client service, technical excellence, and the wellbeing and professional development of her colleagues.
Victoria has a Bachelor of Environmental Engineering (Hons), University of NSW. She is a member of Engineers Australia, Australian Contaminated Land Consultants Association (ACLCA), Australian Land and Groundwater Association (ALGA) and the Environment Institute of Australia and New Zealand (EIANZ).
