Tim brings 30 years of Australian working experience to his role as National Technical Leader in Traffic and Transport. His projects in metropolitan and regional development cover the full spectrum of transport planning, project feasibility, environmental impact assessment, traffic engineering, traffic management, road and traffic safety, and pavement engineering and road design.
Tim’s work contributes to the development of traffic and transport systems that promote sustainable growth in cities and regions. Each year he leads projects involving sophisticated knowledge, intricate analysis and expert problem solving, for urban and industrial developments, State Government departments and authorities and for city, urban and shire councils.
Tim came to Australia after tertiary education in the United Kingdom. He has a Bachelor of Engineering Science, Exeter University, and a PhD in Civil Engineering, Plymouth Polytechnic. Tim is MIEAust (Member Engineers Australia), CPEng (Chartered Professional Engineer), NER (National Engineering Register of Engineers Australia), Registered APEC Engineer and IntPE(Aus) (Registered International Professional Engineer). He regularly gives evidence as an expert witness on traffic and engineering matters in the NSW Land and Environment Court.
