As an environmental planner, Paul has worked for 20 years in Australia, New Zealand and United Kingdom. He has been a consultant to infrastructure and mining companies and worked in-house as an environmental specialist.
Paul has been involved in the management of the South Australian environment for more than 15 years. He has detailed knowledge of South Australia’s planning and environment legislation and best practice management of resources, water, energy and transport. Paul provides strategic advice on risks, costs and schedules for complex projects, including OZ Minerals’ Carrapateena project. His expertise is invaluable for his project direction and business development role in EMM.
Paul has a Bachelor and Graduate Diploma of Resource Studies (Environmental Planning), Lincoln University NZ, a Master of Urban and Regional Planning, University of SA, and is a graduate of Adelaide University’s Professional Management Program.
